At It Again

The form I made to create the clock:

Finally got some time to play in the "shop". I saw this little project in a magazine. It had some interesting features so I thought I would try my hand at it. Here are a couple more pictures:

A nice visit

Nate and Kari was in town and we all went to lunch. Its always good to have the "gang" together for a visit and lunch.....oh well, you get the idea.

Disney Trip

It takes 12 graduating Seniors to do what five adults can do. What can they do as a group? They can venture to Orlando and visit the Magic Kingdom. Walk to much, eat to much, miss to much sleep, enjoy spending an incredible amount of good ol' American dollars, and most of all cement friendships and create life long memories and enjoy fellowship not often encountered on a "Senior Trip".

The "Senior Trip" was sponsored by the Student Ministry of First Baptist Church Raytown Missouri.

I'm sure many life long dreams were fulfilled because of this trip. I know one of those dreams has been LuLu's for a long..long time. She has been all over the world but the one thing she always talked about was going to Disney World. I'm glad she got to go.

And congratulations to the graduating seniors who contribute and support the student ministry.

Mistletoe

A new friend, a cute little Doxie puppy named Mistletoe.

LuLu's monthly trip to visit mom and family

Once a month LuLu makes the 254 mile trip to visit Grandma (Her mom). They shop, eat healthy, visit and play domino's. They always have fun and leave me behind to watch Molly.
Left to Right:
LuLu
Mom (Clara)
Aunt Rosie (Clara's sister)
The girls were at Sunday School in the church where LuLu and I were married over 40 years ago.
Aren't they pretty.

Preparing

It's 34 degrees and sunny today....LuLu and I have determined "Spring is on the way". We got one of those wild hairs and decided we are going to start walking.
It "gripes" this old tightwad to spend that kind of money for a pair of walking shoes (an ugly pair at that)....but they are sooooooo comfortable. Wish us luck.

"Blue Monday"..they wrote a song about that.

Dad,Brian,Jeff

Another week begins. I ran across this "old" picture and just felt the need to share it with everyone. Mom made matching "T" shirts for her guys. Aren't they sweet?

(Remember the old red AM Sportabout?)
